Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

What has happened to Vaneli? I have many pairs of their flats and am always a 7.5 N or--better yet--Slim. These are a sloppy, floppy fit with no arch support whatsoever. I am worried that I will no longer be able to find shoes to fit my very narrow foot. Vaneli, please go back to the old shoe/sizing lasts you used to use while making your flats and bring back Slim sizing!
